Values & Standards

  1. All business conducted at Canada Camo, is done so with strict adherence to the federal laws of Canada and provincial laws of Alberta. We aren’t smooth brained “sovereign citizens” or scary MEAL Team 6 militia types. We are a proudly Canadian company, based in Canada, and support the ol’ values of “peace, order, and good government”.

  2. We do not sell or provide consultancy on firearms, firearms parts, ammunition (live or blank), pyrotechnics, body armour, or any other products regulated by the Canadian Firearms Program. Additionally, we do not sell CADPAT TW or CADPAT Arid products, as per Canadian law.

  3. Any and all products sold by Canada Camo that were at one point issued to members of the Canadian Armed Forces were acquired via Public Services and Procurement Canada, or previously purchased by other private wholesalers/dealers directly from Canadian Forces Bases prior to the establishment of online GC Surplus auctions.

  4. We have the utmost respect for Canadian military heritage, and all present and former serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces.

  5. We do not tolerate defamation of the gallant character of the Canadian soldier throughout historical conflicts. This includes attempts to associate the former historical flags such as the Canadian Red Ensigns of the First and Second World Wars as symbols of hatred, racism or political extremism.

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals or organizations that conflict with our values.

Service Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to customs who display conduct considered to be a "misuse of service". We characterize "misuse of service" here at Canada Camo as follows:   

  1. Contacting Canada Camo staff or proprietors with hostile behavior that is abusive in nature, and/or intends to degrade an individual based on personal attributes, including age, race, nationality, disability, family status, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

  2. Affiliating a third-party organization such as a political party or advocacy group with Canada Camo if there is no legal or business connection.

  3. Conducting any fraudulent or deceptive practices while conducting any business with Canada Camo.

  4. Defamatory comments on erroneous grounds about the nature of the business conducted at Canada Camo, and/or products offered at Canada Camo.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individuals who have exercised the above behaviors. This includes everything from order cancellations to temporary/permanent bans from accessing our website, social media, or affiliated platforms.
